I’ve been a happy follower of the I Love Typography blog for several months now, and out of the 150+ blogs that I follow, it’s one of the few that I really enjoy reading. I found the site at the perfect time, I was just starting to evolve my style so to speak, and typography was something that I really wanted to learn more about. John filled a need, and if you have any interest in the subject of typography and design, then I highly recommend it.

Over time, I’ve made some small contributions to the site; aside from commenting, I’ve also posted a few wallpapers that you might like (or perhaps even love). You might recognize the one above, I used the same scrabble tiles from my post a few months back.
Braveheart
When John posted a review of FontBook, and subsequently a quote from Braveheart, he got me thinking…

If you’re still scratching your head in confusion, then this article might explain it better.
Upcoming
Coming up is an article on the typography of code (as in type for programmers.) Something that quite interests me as a sort of designer-slash-programmer mix.

“small contributions” — very modest. You’ve been a great supporter. I’m really looking forward to your “typography of code” article.
typography of code is very interesting, hardly wait to that post. I am a sort of designer/programmer too:)
Add me to your waiting list for Typography of Code article, Hamish.
I agree with John - your iLT contributions are far from being small. John should start a new list on the sidebar - Best iLT Contributors. I’m sure you’ll be occuping the #1 post for a long time ;-)
Thanks guys. I just do what I can. :)
Just came over from Creative Curio (your comment about your RSS icon) and saw this post. I saw the Braveheart one on iLT… great contributions! I’m only just getting into typograpy, I’m glad you guys are around to learn from :)
